Team Lead Technical Setup & Support (m/w/d)

Introduction As Team Lead Technical Setup & Support (m/w/d) you take on a key role in the Operations team and ensure that the Peter Park experience runs smoothly. You make sure our hardware and systems are ready for use and reliable at all times — through planning, tests and rapid problem resolution in exceptional cases. You lead operational projects, optimize processes and work closely with Operations, Product and Tech to solve challenges holistically. In doing so, you take responsibility for processes, systems and results and drive continuous improvements. With your strong technical understanding you coach your team, promote knowledge transfer and ensure the highest quality and efficiency standards are maintained. What is your role? You lead and develop the Technical Operations team with a clear vision, promote growth and collaboration and strategically expand the team. You coordinate and prioritize day-to-day tasks and ensure efficient resource and capacity planning. You ensure that all systems (parking machines & scanners) are ready for installations. Together with your team you ensure maximum uptime of all deployed systems (parking machines & scanners) by owning technical support and taking all necessary measures when required to quickly resolve outages during business hours — and, if necessary, beyond. You question existing processes, identify improvement potentials and establish scalable processes. You work closely with Project Management, Tech, Warehouse, CSM and Product to develop and implement best practices for installations, rollouts and operational processes. Your skills You bring at least six years of professional experience in a dynamic environment; leadership experience is a plus but not a must. You have solid experience in the IT and software environment, including network management, monitoring and the stable operation of scalable IoT systems. Ideally you have experience in the IoT or SaaS-adjacent area — and a good sense for the connection between technology, processes and people. You always put technical reliability and customer satisfaction first — and find a smart solution for every problem. You work analytically, data-driven and in a structured way, while keeping an overview in day-to-day operations. You act proactively and solution-oriented, take responsibility for systems, processes and results and drive topics with a clear focus on quality, stability and efficiency. You pitch in yourself when needed — with a true hands-on and can-do mentality. You have very good German and English skills, spoken and written; further languages are an advantage.
