Introduction Do you want to help shape the growth of Peter Park and further advance our dynamically growing Customer Success team? Due to the expansion of our team, we are looking for a third Team Lead in the Key Account area to build long-term business relationships with us and contribute to the development of our excellent Customer Success department. In this role you take on central responsibility: through strategic development, process optimization and close collaboration with your team you enable successful scaling and contribute directly to the implementation of our company goals. Inspiring leadership: You build a first-class Key Account team, establish an honest feedback culture and act as a mentor for the personal development of your members. Customer journey design: You shape the entire post-sales phase so that our B2B customers are not only satisfied but become true ambassadors of our technology. Scalable structures: You develop and document processes that keep pace with our rapid growth – from automation to quality management. Voice of the Customer: You are the central interface to Product & Tech to feed customer feedback directly into the further development of our Smart-Parking solutions. Efficiency boost: You optimize our tool landscape (CRM) to reduce manual effort and give the team more space for strategic consulting. Culture of collaboration: You promote cross-departmental collaboration with Sales and Project Management to break down silos and celebrate shared successes. Your skills Track record: At least 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Sales – ideally in a SaaS or mobility environment. Leadership skills: You have already led teams or demonstrated as a Senior/Lead that you can motivate people and provide professional guidance. Implementation strength: You are a "doer". You do not wait for instructions but recognize potential and independently implement it into processes. Communication talent: You have native-level German and fluent English – you can convince both in front of the team and in front of C-level stakeholders. Technical affinity: You have a deep understanding of CRM systems and a passion for the digital transformation of urban space. Resilience: In a fast-growing scale-up you keep the overview and remain focused and positive even in intensive phases.
