Description What you will do As Team Lead you will lead a team of Account Managers and be responsible for the individual support and development of the team members. You are the central contact for feedback discussions, support target-setting and ensure an open, constructive communication culture. You take on the budget responsibility for your department, plan resources efficiently and always keep an eye on the figures. You establish and optimize workflows and structures to facilitate daily collaboration and achieve our goals. Together with your team you develop project overviews and project budgets, manage Team Resources, develop innovative brand strategies for clients and ensure successful implementation. You bring trends and tools into the process, set new standards in Influencer / Content / Experience Marketing and secure sustainable growth. What you bring Experience in leading and developing teams, ideally in campaign or project management or influencer marketing. Experience with ERP and CRM systems is definitely an advantage – ideally you have already worked with MOCO and HubSpot. Strong numerical understanding and confident budget and resource planning are among your strengths. Practical experience in introducing and optimizing workflows and structural processes; ideally you also bring tool knowledge. Strong communication skills and a confident manner when dealing with team members, talent and leadership. Very good German and English skills, spoken and written, to communicate with international talent and clients.
