More information: https://corporate.sparteo.com/ Responsibilities Definition and implementation of the optimization strategy for core solutions (Actirise, Meetscale, Viously, FastCMP). Planning and leading rigorous A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize CTR, user engagement, and bounce rates. Development and management of native advertising strategies by transforming XML feeds into high-performing, visually appealing creatives. Optimization of the visual presentation of the Viously video player and in-player advertising experience. Collaboration with Product Owners and Legal to balance compliance and user acceptance (FastCMP). Close coordination with technical teams for implementation and with sales for market alignment. Market observation and identification of new trends and technologies in online advertising/AdTech. Requirements Proven experience in ad format optimization, UX optimization, or a similar product management role with a strong focus on A/B testing. Excellent analytical skills and mastery of key AdTech KPIs (CTR, engagement, bounce rate, VTR) to derive actionable product insights. Creative thinking with sensitivity to design and visual aesthetics. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex issues and find efficient solutions. Outstanding communication skills and a team-player mentality for aligning technical and business stakeholders.
