Your tasks For our team in DACH we are looking for a committed Solution Advisory Consultant (m/f/d) to demonstrate to our customers that we quickly understand their challenges. We advise our customers from the first contact and support our sales team in increasing revenue with new and existing customers. As a Solution Advisory Consultant you will be brought into contact with our customers by our sales team, you will understand their business and challenges, and as a trusted contact you will demonstrate the value of the Jedox solution. The goal is to create added value for the customer and to live our culture internally and externally under the motto "OneTeam". You understand the challenges of your colleagues in Finance and Controlling and translate these into the Jedox platform, developing a strong understanding of each customer's business requirements. You enjoy presenting our software Jedox online, to potential customers, at trade shows and conferences as well as in webinars, addressing challenges from controllers to CFOs. You assess feasibility and scope of projects for customers ranging from medium-sized companies to DAX corporations and take on initial project estimates (subject to review by the Consulting Team). You work closely with our Sales Team and act as a point of contact for technical support throughout the entire sales process. You are technically inclined – you design, build and present software prototypes in Jedox and map customer requirements (POCs). Programming skills are not required. You organize responses to RFIs/RFPs/RFQs with AI support. You organize and lead workshops with potential and existing customers. You can help decide which projects you will support and enjoy getting to know new customers and projects again and again. You guide our customers together with Sales from the discovery meeting to contract signing. Your profile You have professional experience in Controlling / Corporate Finance so that you can interact with our customers on an equal footing. Alternatively, you have 2–5 years of experience in a Sales Engineering / Pre-Sales position, preferably with solid finance and management knowledge. You have experience dealing with heads of controlling, finance executives and C-level, preferably with CFOs. You have a university degree or a comparable qualification. Solid MS Excel skills are part of your everyday life. Ideally you have already worked with multidimensional databases (e.g. Jedox, OLAP, TM/1, Infor, Essbase) or a planning/EPM tool (Jedox, Board, Anaplan, SBC, SAC). You enjoy getting to know new customers and their challenges again and again – Solution Advisory is always varied. You are an organizational talent and have an eye for detail. Fluent German and English skills are a basic requirement for your role. You are welcome to work remotely or use our offices in Frankfurt and Freiburg. You are a team player, flexible and enjoy travelling (20%).
