Would like to work in a growing team & startup Key facts Start: From April 2026 Scope: Full-time Area of responsibility: Marketing & Brand Fast, simple & transparent application process For this we need you We are not looking for a classic Social Media Manager, but a Social Brand Designer who brings our brand to life visually. You are responsible for the visual implementation of our brand on social – from design through editing to final publishing. Your focus: design, content & execution. You don’t just come up with ideas – you implement them yourself. Fast, creative and with a clear feel for amateur football, community dynamics and modern social trends. Your responsibilities Daily Business You design, edit and produce social-first content daily (Reels, TikToks, visuals) – from the idea to the final cut and publication. Brand Building Sharpen and consistently develop our brand image through design, tone and storytelling Build a reusable brand system (guidelines, templates, creative core principles) that scales across channels and the brand Establish recognizable content series (recurring formats/series) that the target group returns to regularly Social Media (organic + paid) Take responsibility for topic planning and publishing rhythm on the most important social media channels Produce social-media-first content and/or take the creative lead (video, static assets, short-form series) including strong "front-facing" elements (intro, copy lines, editing) Work closely with Growth/Ads to develop high-performing creatives and rapidly improve them through fast test loops Translate performance data into clear creative decisions: what to double down on, what to stop, what to test next Collaborations & Community Develop and implement collaboration concepts with creators, communities and local partners Build lean partner packages (materials, briefings, formats) so that co-created content and sharing is super easy for others Identify scalable distribution levers that increase reach without diluting the brand What you need Brand Building: You can build brands sustainably through content – not just through individual campaigns. Visual Taste: You have very good visual taste and feel comfortable in front of the camera (design, editing; motion basics are a plus). Creative Strategy: You are strong in positioning, format/series development, channel thinking and have a pronounced distribution mindset. Data Skills: You are data-comfy, understand key social and paid creative performance metrics and derive smart learnings from them. Hands-on Mentality: You work quickly, pragmatically in execution and raise the creative bar at the same time. Copywriting: Hooks, captions and series framing Editing: Short-form storytelling with a clear narrative flow Production: Creator briefing & direction for efficient content production Culture Fit: Deep understanding of sports/football culture, tone & matchday dynamics Design: Social-first design & packaging (format setup, thumbnails/title cards, recognizability) Languages: You have fluent German and English skills Nice to have, but not required Brand Building: Experience in D2C or agency environments with clear outcomes Motion Basics: Motion design/animation skills (template-based, fast & scalable) Paid Creative: Experience in paid social creatives (performance creatives, ad variants, hook-testing) Activation: On-ground activation at events/matchdays, local partner activations & on-site content Why us?
