Responsibilities: Web development: Create, maintain and optimize websites with WordPress, TYPO3 and other CMS; clean HTML/CSS/JavaScript. Server and domain administration: Implement and manage server configurations, DNS, SSL and DevOps tasks to ensure performance and security. Teamwork: Close collaboration with designers, content creators and developers to ensure visual and technical quality. Performance monitoring & optimization: Monitor traffic and load times and implement improvements for scalability and user experience. Technical support & backup: Troubleshooting, regular backups and disaster recovery plans. Continuous development: Actively engage with modern web and DevOps trends to enable continuous improvement. Requirements Must-haves: Proven experience as a web developer with a portfolio, primarily WordPress. Deep understanding of WordPress core, theme and plugin development; confident in PHP and MySQL. Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript as well as RESTful APIs (e.g. WP REST API). Experience in server management (Apache/Nginx), DNS, SSL and basic DevOps practices; experience with Git. Nice-to-haves: Experience with modern JS frameworks (React, Vue), Node.js, Docker and CI/CD. Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SEO best practices.
