To support our team at the head office in Lauf an der Pegnitz, we are looking for a Senior UX/UI Manager (m/f/d) to start immediately in a full-time position. Your mission As Senior UX/UI Manager (m/f/d) you are responsible for the holistic conception and strategic development of the user experience along the entire customer journey of our digital online shop. You combine user needs, brand strategy and business goals and derive sustainable UX/UI strategies and concepts from them. UX Strategy & Customer Journey Develop and manage a holistic UX/UI strategy across all digital touchpoints Analyze, conceptualize and continuously optimize the end-to-end customer journey based on KPIs Identify pain points and derive strategic measures to improve the user experience Ensure a consistent, cross-channel user experience Conception & Requirements Management Translate business requirements into cross-cutting UX/UI concepts and solution approaches Create user flows, information architectures and conceptual frameworks Define UX principles, guidelines and standards for digital products Manage and prioritize UX requirements in alignment with company goals Data-driven Optimization Analyze usage data, KPIs and conversion funnels to identify optimization potential Derive and prioritize measures to increase engagement and customer satisfaction Initiate and manage usability tests and data-based decision processes as well as develop technical and content-related recommendations for action Stakeholder & Interface Management Work closely with Product Management, Tech/Engineering, Marketing and other departments Advise internal stakeholders on UX-related questions Moderate workshops and coordination processes for joint solution development Ensure the implementation of UX concepts in close coordination with the operational teams Governance & Further Development Further develop and ensure compliance with design guidelines and UX standards Build and establish scalable UX processes and methods Monitor market trends, technologies and best practices in the UX/UI environment Act as a driver of innovation in the digital customer experience Your profile Education: Degree in UX, design, media or communication studies or a comparable qualification Experience: Several years of experience in the UX/UI field, ideally in a strategic or managing role in a lifestyle-driven industry Conceptual strength: Strong ability to develop holistic UX strategies and customer journeys Analytical understanding: Experience interpreting data, KPIs and user behavior Stakeholder management: Confident demeanor and strong communication and moderation skills Methodological competence: Experience with common UX methods (e.g., user research, journey mapping, testing) Technical understanding: Basic understanding of digital platforms, systems and development processes Work style: Structured, solution-oriented and entrepreneurially minded personality Why us?
