What we are looking for As a Technical Consultant with a focus on ServiceNow (w/m/d) you are an important part of our ServiceNow projects and support the implementation of modern, scalable solutions for different customer requirements. Together with your team you work on the development and implementation of digital workflows that make processes more efficient and transparent. You contribute both technically and conceptually, implement requirements in a structured way and support customers in the introduction and further development of their ServiceNow solutions. In doing so, you work closely with experienced colleagues, take on responsibility step by step and continuously develop your technical expertise. What you will do with us You design, implement and configure ServiceNow solutions in selected modules (e.g. ITSM, ITOM, CSM, GRC/IRM or ITAM) based on customer requirements and common best practices. In close cooperation with Business Consultants and relevant stakeholders you assist in translating business requirements into technical solutions. You develop and adapt ServiceNow applications, e.g. using JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules and other platform-specific tools. You participate in the integration of ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP-APIs or middleware solutions. You support implementation, testing and support phases and actively contribute to the technical implementation. You take part in workshops and design sessions and assist in developing technical solution approaches. You continuously build knowledge, develop best practices and contribute to our continuous improvement initiatives. What you bring You have a degree in mathematics, engineering, computer science or a related field. Ideally you have two to three years of practical experience with ServiceNow and have already worked on implementation or enhancement projects. You have initial to advanced knowledge in one or more ServiceNow modules, e.g. ITSM, CSM, ITOM, IRM or ITAM. You have solid foundations in web development, particularly in JavaScript (knowledge of HTML and CSS is an advantage). You have experience with ServiceNow built-in tools such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer or Script Includes. You have first exposure to system integrations, e.g. via REST or SOAP APIs, or are willing to further develop in this area. You are characterized by strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team. Your analytical and structured approach rounds off your profile. ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) (e.g. ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) are a plus but not a requirement. What we offer you What we offer that gives you real added value: Workation gives you the possibility, under certain conditions, to work remotely from an EU country. Company pension scheme and occupational disability insurance provide a framework for your provision. Options such as Jobrad, Jobticket/Klimaticket or a company car cover your mobility. Occupational health management as well as subsidies for sports offerings such as URBAN SPORTS CLUB and Just Fit help you stay healthy and active. We reward your recommendations with a bonus (employee referral program). Through legendary afterwork events like cocktail evenings, table football tournaments and hackathons you get to know us better. What is self-evident for us and an expression of our WE culture: Mobile and flexible working ensures your optimal work-life integration. Regular training and further education and support for individual certifications help you progress. 30 days of vacation, special leave and individual sabbatical arrangements give you time off and relaxation.
