We are currently looking for a Tech Lead/Full-stack developer to join a new business, Risora. For 76% of people, the deepest challenge in life is the gap between who they truly are and who they could become. To help bridge this gap, we’ve created an application—a personality simulator. Our idea is simple: the best way to change and achieve goals is to practice real scenarios, rather than just reading about them. The app takes your personality type and turns it into a series of practical exercises, demonstrating how your traits define your effectiveness and relationships. Each training session, choice, and outcome forms a clear picture of your potential. You’ll join as the first engineer—a hands-on Full-stack developer with aspirations to grow into a CTO and co-founder role. Challenges you’ll face: - Build an iOS application and web platform end-to-end. - Cover the entire development cycle—architecture, implementation, deployment, and support. - Set up infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments (AWS prioritized). - Integrate AI APIs and third-party services (OpenAI, analytics, payment providers). - Collaborate closely with design and product teams to turn ideas into production-ready features. - Utilize AI tools for development (Cursor, Copilot, etc.) daily to move faster and write better code. - Establish tech standards, code review processes, and documentation as the team grows. What’s important to us: Must-have: - Strong backend development and architecture skills or experience in mobile app development (React Native, Swift, or Flutter). - Hands-on experience developing and launching mobile applications (React Native or Swift). - High level of AI fluency in development. - Frequent use of tools like Copilot or similar as part of daily workflow. - Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.). - Ownership mindset—taking full responsibility for what you build, not just individual tasks. - Experience with App Store submissions and Apple Developer ecosystem. Nice-to-have: - Backend experience with Node.js (other stacks are considered, but Node.js is prioritized). - Experience working with databases like PostgreSQL or similar relational DBs. - Experience in a startup environment. - Experience building consumer-facing or gamified products. - Interest in psychology, behavioral science, or personality-driven products.
