WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US: Architecture, consulting and implementation of solutions such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SAP Emarsys or comparable Customer Engagement Platforms – from requirements gathering through conception and architecture to go-live. Strategic and technical consulting for our clients in ongoing projects: evaluating existing setups, identifying optimization potential and developing scalable target architectures. Active role in presales: technical consulting during bid phases, conducting discovery workshops, developing solution scenarios, effort estimates and support for pitches. Integration of Customer Engagement Platforms into CDP, DWH, CRM and backend systems via APIs, Webhooks and event streaming – including designing appropriate integration architectures. Designing data-driven campaigns, automation flows, personalization logic and defining clean integration paths between systems. Technical leadership within the project team, coordinating external and internal stakeholders as well as building knowledge and handing it over to operational teams on the client side. YOU ARE... A senior practitioner with a clear hands-on mentality, strategic perspective and strong consulting drive. Confident in communication with business and management—you can present complex technical contexts in a structured way and translate them into decision-making bases. Experienced in client-facing situations—both in project contexts and in presales, workshop and pitch settings. Solution-oriented: you develop pragmatic, scalable and maintainable architectures with an eye on business impact. Team player and mentor: you support the team, structure technical decisions and promote best practices. Fluent in German (at least level C1). YOU HAVE... Several years of experience (7+ years) in the implementation, architecture and operation of Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SAP Emarsys or comparable Customer Engagement Platforms and corresponding certifications. Solid experience in integration projects (APIs, Webhooks, data pipelines, event streaming) and in designing distributed system architectures. Experience in an agency or consulting environment with an active role in client projects—ideally also in presales or bid phases. Understanding of the conceptual integration and preparation of SDK implementations of the respective CEPs for web and native platforms in order to technically guide and support development teams. Experience conducting technical workshops, assessments and architecture reviews. YOU ARE FAMILIAR WITH... Classic CEP features: Campaigns, Canvas/Journeys, SDKs, Segmentation, REST APIs. Data modeling for personalization, events and user profiles as well as developing sustainable tracking and event concepts. Integration patterns: real-time events, batch uploads, ETL/ELT processes to DWHs/CDPs and hybrid architectures. Data protection requirements (DSGVO) and common analytics and reporting concepts. Creating audience-appropriate documentation and decision materials for tech and business stakeholders. Of course these things are important to us.
