As Senior Programmatic Ads Manager (m/f/d) at TRG you will develop effective strategies for the programmatic delivery of ads for international clients. Description Your tasks: - Development and management of innovative programmatic advertising campaigns for Europe-wide clients - Close collaboration with account management on the selection of placements, creative assets and audience targeting - Monitoring and analysis of ongoing campaigns to optimize performance - Serving as a sparring partner for colleagues in campaign optimization - Further development of our programmatic media portfolio - Negotiations and deals with publishers and media sellers - Creation of various media plans in cooperation with account managers - Collaboration with management to continuously optimize our technology landscape What you bring: - At least two years of experience in programmatic campaign management and in implementing digital advertising campaigns - Solid expertise in digital marketing, especially programmatic - Strong affinity for numbers and experience with programmatic buying tools (DSP); proficient use of Adform, Amazon DSP and/or DV360 is an essential part of your qualifications - Independent, analytical working style and strong problem-solving skills - Good skills in Excel and Google Sheets - Good understanding of campaign optimization measures - Knowledge of databases and data visualization (e.g. Google Looker Studio) is an advantage - Experience with bid strategies, audience targeting and budget allocation is an advantage - Good German and English skills are required What to expect at our company: - A great team of experienced and motivated colleagues - Plenty of room for your own ideas and creative freedom - Short decision-making paths and flat hierarchies - Flexible home-office options - Regular team events and exchange formats - Double contribution to the company pension scheme - Office dogs are warmly welcome Does this sound like the perfect challenge for you?
