You will drive the further development of our financial processes, provide professional support to the team and actively contribute to decisions that shape our growth. What will you do? Coordinate and perform closings: You play a central role in preparing monthly and annual financial statements, coordinate all closing-related processes and ensure timely and high-quality execution. Monitor cash flow & ensure liquidity: You proactively manage cash flow, prepare rolling liquidity plans and coordinate short- and long-term financial planning to ensure the company’s solvency at all times. Conduct & manage controlling: You independently carry out portfolio and financial asset controlling, prepare reliable plan-actual comparisons, KPI dashboards and develop meaningful liquidity analyses for early risk detection. Prepare analyses & support management: You prepare sound financial analyses, meaningful management reports and forecasts that serve as a basis for decision-making by company leadership and enable strategic direction setting. Manage master data & optimize processes: You are responsible for managing our financial master data (creditors, cost calculations, etc.) and continuously drive the optimization and digitization of the corresponding processes. Manage accounting & perform closings: You take end-to-end responsibility for accounting processes including accounts payable/accounts receivable management, invoicing, weekly DATEV bank updates and precise posting in accordance with HGB. You independently coordinate monthly and annual closings and ensure timely, high-quality execution. Oversee financial administration & postings: You manage the weekly updating of bank accounts in DATEV and ensure accurate posting of all business transactions in compliance with legal and tax requirements under German HGB. Develop processes & support the team: You drive the strategic development of operational finance processes and implement best practices. Your skills: Your skillset You have a completed degree in economics and/or a qualification with an analytical finance and controlling focus, or a comparable successfully completed vocational training and/or further education. You bring at least 4–5 years of solid professional experience in various finance positions, from accounting through controlling to ideally consolidation. You have a solid understanding of HGB, financial reporting and financial interrelationships. You are numbers-oriented and have strong know-how in reporting financial metrics as well as in strategic financial analysis. You possess highly developed analytical thinking and the ability to understand complex relationships and evaluate them strategically.
