Job Description Summary Execute cross-functional marketing campaigns to support the sale of company products and services in mutual funds, annuities, life insurance, employee benefits, and retirement. Job Description Responsibilities - Manage digital and promotional activities related to strategy, execution, and reporting. - Execute campaigns to drive growth strategies for assigned products and channels. - Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product to define goals and key performance indicators. - Perform campaign analytics reporting, review findings to create actionable plans, evaluate program effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative methods. - Report on productivity, priorities, issues, and opportunities for improvement. - Ensure adherence to established processes and workflows for end-to-end campaign strategy, creative execution, optimizing performance, and troubleshooting; recommend new processes and workflows where necessary. - Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure superior customer service and operational excellence. - Serve as an internal escalation point for campaign-related issues. - Partner with stakeholders to kick off projects, manage stakeholder and Compliance reviews, finalize and post assets within project scope, budget, and timeline. - Excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously to ensure effective and on-time execution. - Manage the creation of data-driven Mutual Funds materials like fact sheets, commentaries, and pitch books to ensure compliant, timely, and error-free delivery; oversee initiatives to resolve reporting inconsistencies and improve content reliability. - Collaborate on opportunities to streamline and automate workflows and utilize templates and technology to improve marketing accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. - Serve as an internal point of contact for project-, website-, and data-related issues, working with stakeholders and vendors to ensure systems are functional and accurate. - Support efforts to execute and validate monthly and quarterly data workflows used for content generation. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or equivalent experience. - Five years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, or project management. - Experience developing and executing digital campaigns, marketing programs, and complex projects. - Thorough understanding of traditional and digital platforms. - Technical acumen to design campaigns that optimize marketing platforms. - Creative thinker. - Excellent communication and relationship building skills. - Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with change management. - Familiarity with content management, workflow, and other marketing tools such as CMD, CRM, DAM, Workflow, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Workfront. - Financial services industry experience. - Familiarity with tools like Alteryx and Kurtosys, with hands-on experience managing data workflows, producing error-free deliverables, and implementing creative and process enhancements that accelerate project timelines while maintaining accuracy. The Salary for this position generally ranges between $79,000 - $86,000 annually. Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position, and actual starting pay is determined by several factors, including qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote), and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law. Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company’s discretion.
