ABOUT YOUR ROLE As a Scrum Master (m/f/d) you form the interface between the Product Owner and the Product Management team. You are responsible for the Scrum process and ensure its correct implementation as well as continuous optimization. YOUR TASKS You plan and facilitate various Scrum meetings. You also identify and resolve arising conflicts. You teach techniques for efficient management of agile projects and the Product Backlog. You take on coaching of the teams, help them to self-organize, and keep an eye on cross-functional teamwork. YOUR MINDSET You have an entrepreneurial mindset. You like taking responsibility. You are reliable and dependable even in extreme situations. You always think ahead and contribute your own ideas. You stand loyally by the team. You love working independently. You enjoy furthering your education. YOUR PROFILE You have already completed training or further education as a Scrum Master. You are familiar with agile methods (e.g. Scrum/Kanban) and find their application easy. You have knowledge in coaching, conflict mediation for agile development teams, and process optimization. You bring leadership qualities and a high degree of personal responsibility. You are familiar with the concepts Lean Startup, Scrum and Design Thinking. You identify with creativity and empathy. You are characterized by solution-oriented thinking and a structured way of working. You bring practical or professional experience. You have a confident and likeable appearance.
