SAP Consultant for S/4 & Interfaces for AI Procurement Solutions

Your tasks At Mercanis we develop the Agentic AI Procurement Suite, which makes procurement of the future digital, transparent and intelligent. We are looking for a Technical Account or Product Manager for Integrations who connects our technology with the enterprise systems that support global procurement. In this role you define and own the strategy for integrating Mercanis with systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba and other third-party platforms. You work at the interface between business and technology and ensure that our integrations are robust and secure and provide measurable value to our customers. You work closely with our enterprise customers and internal stakeholders to turn complex technical requirements into clear product roadmaps and successful implementations. Your scope of responsibilities You take ownership of the product vision for integrations and define how Mercanis integrates into enterprise procurement ecosystems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba and Coupa. You translate business and customer requirements into clear specifications so that our engineering teams can build reliable and scalable APIs. You work directly with enterprise customers and partners to design integration solutions that fit their infrastructure, data models and workflows. You define and maintain standards for data flows to ensure accuracy, consistency and security across systems. You analyze the performance and usage patterns of integrations to identify optimization potentials and improvements to the developer experience. You work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering and Customer Success to set priorities, manage dependencies and ensure timely delivery. You contribute to internal documentation and process design, providing clarity and efficiency in the development, testing and maintenance of integrations. Your profile You have 3–7 years of experience in Technical Account Management, Product Management, Solution Engineering or systems integration, ideally in a SaaS or enterprise software environment. You have experience with enterprise systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba or Coupa, including the related procurement and supplier management processes. You can translate complex technical concepts into concrete requirements and communicate effectively with both engineers and business stakeholders. You have experience collaborating with enterprise customers or technical partners to define, implement and operate integrations. You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable, reliable and maintainable solutions. You have excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment. You speak fluent German and English. Why us?
