WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US: In an increasingly connected and data-driven world, we help leading brands use Salesforce strategically and operationally in a way that creates real value for customers and the business. As part of our team you will take responsibility for: strategy, conception and implementation of modern Salesforce solutions — especially in the areas of Agentforce as well as Loyalty, Sales, Service and Data Cloud. Analysis & further development of existing Salesforce setups: you identify optimization potential, develop roadmaps and accompany implementation. Requirements gathering & solution design: together with clients and our project team you develop smart, scalable architectures along the customer journey. Process design in Sales & Service: from lead qualification to service automation to personalization & use of AI. Operational management of projects in interdisciplinary teams, often in interaction with other platforms. Configuration and customizing within the Salesforce Clouds — with a focus on best practices, reusability and a clean setup. YOU ARE... Practically experienced in building and operating Salesforce solutions. Certified as a Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Data Cloud Consultant. A strategic thinker who enjoys accompanying clients holistically. A team player with charm, curiosity and the drive to actively shape our Salesforce offering at nexum. Strong in communication and confident in workshops, presentations and client meetings. YOU HAVE... 3–5 years of project experience in consulting or implementation related to CRM/Salesforce processes. Expertise in optimizing sales, service or marketing processes. A feel for data, SaaS and integration architectures (APIs, events, data layer, etc.). Enthusiasm for an international, interdisciplinary team and strong communication skills in German (at least C1) and English. YOU ARE FAMILIAR WITH... Business analysis & requirements gathering and translating these into smart solutions. Consulting and managing clients on equal terms. Configuring and extending Salesforce Clouds and understanding the product-strategic development of Salesforce with Agentforce and Data Cloud. Of course these things are important to us.
