Reliability Engineer (m/f/d)

To strengthen our engineering team, we are looking for a Reliability Engineer (m/f/d) who will sustainably improve the reliability, availability and lifetime of our products and equipment. The "Production Reliability Engineering" department ensures compliance with and further development of our quality standards in the production areas. As part of the "Global Operation" team, you will be responsible for all reliability topics across the entire product lifecycle and work closely with development, production, quality and service. Your tasks: - Analysis and improvement of product and equipment reliability, including evaluation of field data, failure rates as well as service and warranty cases - Conducting reliability analyses (FMEA, FTA, Weibull, FRACAS) as well as supporting design-for-reliability and manufacturing activities - Identification of weaknesses and implementation of improvement measures, including CAPA processes - Further development and maintenance of the QM system according to DIN ISO 9001 and DIN ISO 13485 including KPI definition - Participation in and leadership of cross-departmental projects across the entire product lifecycle - Support of internal and external audits as well as conducting training Qualifications Your profile: - Degree in engineering (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering or comparable) - Experience in reliability, quality or systems engineering is an advantage - Knowledge of statistical data analysis and reliability methods - Experience with manufacturing processes and process capability analyses - Structured, analytical way of working and strong problem-solving skills - Team spirit and strong communication skills in an international environment - Very good German and English skills What we offer you: A permanent, demanding full-time position based in Waldbronn, near Karlsruhe, is to be filled as soon as possible. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
