As a technology and management consultancy, INVENSITY supports clients in effectively implementing quality standards in technically demanding projects – from structuring relevant processes to accompanying quality assurance measures in day-to-day project activities. What awaits you? - Take responsibility for quality management topics in complex construction and infrastructure projects in the energy sector, and support our clients in ensuring high-quality standards. - Create and model process landscapes (e.g., in Adonis or Visio) to provide a structured representation of project and program processes. - Develop quality and inspection plans (e.g., ITPs or QCPs) in collaboration with technical departments and assist in creating other project-specific quality documents. - Prepare Quality Gates, review deliverables, and ensure compliance with defined quality requirements. - Coordinate quality-related topics with project teams, suppliers, and service providers, and accompany quality assurance measures. - Be part of the INVENSITY success story: Work in ambitious and professional project teams and support complex construction and infrastructure projects through all phases. - Share and expand your expertise: Workshops and coaching within your department offer you a steep learning curve. What do you bring? - A degree in engineering, civil engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field. - At least 2 years of professional experience in quality management, ideally in construction projects or construction execution. - Experience with quality documentation, inspection plans, or Quality Gate structures. - Knowledge of VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures) is a plus. - A structured working style, strong communication skills, and enthusiasm for collaborating with various stakeholders in a project environment. - Willingness to travel for national project assignments with our clients in the DACH region. - Business fluency in German and fluent English skills.
