Project Manager Construction – Energy & Large-Scale Plants (m/f/d)

What you bring Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering or a comparable technical study program. At least 3 years of experience in the operational implementation of construction projects — ideally large-scale projects with complex structures. Basic technical understanding and an interest in applying your expertise prospectively in development projects outside the construction industry. Knowledge of classical and agile project management methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and common tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps) is a plus. Strong communication skills, assertiveness and professional stakeholder management. Willingness to work on site at our clients and to travel. Negotiation-level German and fluent English.
