Construction Project Manager (m/f/d)

Scope of work For our locations in Hamburg, Berlin and Frankfurt we are each looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d). You play a decisive role within Reneo Asset Management GmbH, a company of the Reneo Group, in the acquisition process and the energy-related renovation of multi-family residential buildings. You accompany the technical due diligence (TDD) and assess the feasibility of energy efficiency measures. You identify densification/infill potential and coordinate collaboration with external experts such as energy efficiency consultants, specialist planners and architects. You are also responsible for the technical coordination of the projects – from 3D modeling through the submission of funding applications to supervising the renovation and modernization work. Your tasks Technical Due Diligence: - Accompany the technical assessment during the acquisition process (including a structural assessment of the building, the condition of the building exterior and interior, checking special building features as well as technical systems and energy efficiency) - Collaboration with external experts to examine technical feasibility (incl. structural engineering, fire protection, assessment of potential contaminants and energy efficiency) Project management and coordination: - Overall technical management and supervision of energy-related renovation and densification measures – from 3D surveying of the properties through 3D modeling and Building Information Modeling (BIM) to coordination of funding application submission and efficiency house calculations - Support during construction implementation – including tendering, planning and supervision of renovation and modernization works, managing all project participants and conducting meetings with authorities Tendering and selection of service providers: - Tendering and selection of general contractors - Conducting negotiations and drafting contracts with service providers - Ensuring quality, cost control and adherence to schedules Your profile - University degree in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification - Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in technical project management, working on existing buildings and energy-related renovation - Profound knowledge in the areas of energy efficiency and management of larger CAPEX measures - Experience collaborating with specialist experts and external service providers - Strong organizational and communication skills - Confident use of relevant software tools and technologies - Proactive, independent working style and team orientation - Confident handling of Microsoft Office, especially Excel Our benefits, we create room for flexibility: Space for flexibility: Shape your working hours and locations flexibly thanks to our modern home office policy.
