Area of responsibility You play a key role within Reneo Asset Management GmbH, a company of the Reneo Group, in the acquisition process and the energy-related renovation of multi-family residential buildings. You accompany the technical Due Diligence (TDD) and assess the feasibility of energy efficiency measures. You identify densification potential and coordinate collaboration with external experts such as energy efficiency consultants, specialist planners and architects. You are also responsible for the technical coordination of the projects — from 3D modeling through subsidy application submission to monitoring the renovation and modernization work. Your tasks Technical Due Diligence: Accompany the technical evaluation during the acquisition process (including a structural assessment of the building, the condition of the building exterior and interior, verification of special construction features as well as technical systems and energy efficiency). Collaborate with external experts to examine technical feasibility (including structural engineering, fire protection, assessment of any contaminants and energy efficiency). Project management and coordination: Overall technical management and oversight of energy refurbishment and densification measures — from the 3D measurement of the properties through 3D modelling and Building Information Modeling (BIM) to coordinating subsidy applications and efficiency house calculations. Support the structural implementation — including tendering, planning and supervision of renovation and modernization work, managing all project participants and conducting meetings with authorities. Tendering and selection of service providers: Tendering and selection of general contractors. Leading negotiations and drafting contracts with service providers. Ensuring quality, cost control and adherence to schedules. Your profile University degree in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification. At least 5 years of professional experience in technical project management, refurbishment of existing buildings and energy-related renovation. Solid knowledge in the areas of energy efficiency and management of larger CAPEX renovation measures. Experience working with specialist experts and external service providers. Strong organizational and communication skills. Confident use of relevant software tools and technologies. Proactive, independent working style and ability to work in a team.
