Project Manager (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities As a Solutions Manager at Mercanis, you are responsible for the successful rollout of our platform at our customers. You accompany customer projects from initialization to Go-Live and ensure that each project is run in a structured, timely manner and with high quality. As the central interface between customers, CSM and the product team, you ensure a smooth project flow and are the first point of contact for all project-related topics. Your work has a direct impact on customer satisfaction and the long-term success of Mercanis. You take responsibility, master real challenges in the customer environment and make a significant contribution to positioning Mercanis as a market leader in the long term. Your scope of responsibilities Independently manage complex customer projects from the kickoff phase to a successful Go-Live. Serve as the central interface between customers, CSM and the product team and ensure clean information flow. Confidently manage demanding customer situations, recognize escalation risks early and initiate appropriate measures. Create and maintain project plans, status reports and documentation, and keep schedule, budget and scope in view at all times. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and ensure clear responsibilities and expectation management on all sides. Support the implementation of our software at the customer, including requirements gathering, configuration and testing. Actively contribute to the further development of our implementation methodology and internal processes. Your profile You have 3–5 years of experience in project management of IT projects, especially in the rollout and implementation of software – ideally in the SaaS environment. You have successfully managed complex customer projects and feel comfortable in agile, fast-paced and interdisciplinary teams. You work in a structured way, plan proactively and keep an overview even with several parallel projects. You convince through strong communication skills and a confident manner with customers at various hierarchy levels. You bring a pronounced hands-on mentality and are enthusiastic about understanding complex problems and translating them into clear, actionable steps. You enjoy working at the interface between business and technology and can communicate technical requirements understandably. You have strong analytical and organizational skills and a good sense of priorities. You speak fluent German and English. Why us?
