WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US: You will work closely with the client leads and take on responsibility and tasks of project management in CMS, eCommerce or platform projects. You will take care of the administrative project work: project controlling, progress monitoring and quality assurance. You are responsible for communication and coordination with internal teams (Delivery, Development, Consulting) and external stakeholders. You coordinate requirements, document results and ensure that all parties are informed about the current project status. YOU ARE... organized and reliable – you keep an overview even with several projects. communicative and confident in exchange with clients, stakeholders and internal teams. team-oriented, service-minded and support Senior Project Managers with commitment. solution-oriented and pragmatic – you find quick, practical solutions even for smaller hurdles. interested in digital technologies and commerce topics and want to develop further in this environment. YOU HAVE... experience in project management, ideally in an agency or in the digital environment. knowledge in managing small to medium-sized projects and enjoyment of organizational tasks. a basic technical understanding of digital platforms, system architectures or CMS/Commerce solutions. a sense of responsibility for schedules, quality and budgets. very good German and good English skills (at least C1). ideally a vocational training, a degree in business administration, business informatics, media management or initial certifications in project management. YOU ARE FAMILIAR WITH... common PM methods and tools (both traditional and agile approaches such as Scrum, Kanban, Agile etc.) MS Project, JIRA, Confluence and digital collaboration tools digital media and IT services Of course these things are important to us.
