ABOUT YOUR ROLE As a Program Manager at UPSTART you are responsible for building and supporting our own innovation programs as well as those for our clients. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES You are responsible for establishing and further developing our programs. You keep an overview of our projects and take on internal coordination with relevant departments. You design the program content and build a mentor and expert network. Together with the Startup Scouts, you are responsible for building dealflow partnerships for the programs. Your tasks also include the financial evaluation of the programs as well as implementation planning. You present project progress to management. YOUR MINDSET You have an entrepreneurial mindset. Ideally you bring initial professional experience or experience in project management. You have a strong interest in collaborating with startups and disruptive topics. You have business-fluent English and German skills. You have a conceptual and structured way of working. You bring a very high team orientation and the ability to reconcile different opinions. You bring practical or professional experience. You have a confident and likeable presence. You maintain a well-groomed appearance.
