WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US: You will design and develop digital solutions for different industries. In doing so, you make the client's vision your own and implement it based on the roadmap. You analyze requirements and translate them for the respective colleagues and clients into domain-specific and technical user stories. You are responsible for creating, maintaining and implementing the product backlog and, together with your project team, define the implementation and resulting solution concepts as well as implementation scenarios. You accompany the project/product from start to finish, i.e. from the product idea through technical implementation to the go-live of the respective solution. You take care of the subsequent optimization phase and coordinate all internal and external stakeholders. You shape agile processes and are responsible for product/project success in terms of time, budget and resources. You take on both the client and agency perspectives and thus focus on customer satisfaction as well as product/project delivery. YOU ARE... KPI-oriented, able to visualize scenarios and ensure technical feasibility. Strong in communication and a pronounced team player. Open to working in hybrid project setups. Customer-focused, i.e. you concentrate on product value for customers and find a good balance between pragmatism and decision-making. YOU HAVE... Solid professional experience as a Product Owner in the area of digital products and channels, particularly in collaboration with development teams. Several years of experience managing clients and their service providers. Already implemented products or services in an agile project team. A strong affinity for architectural, digital topics as well as a basic understanding of state-of-the-art technologies. Very good German and English skills. YOU ARE FAMILIAR WITH... Headless Content Management and eCommerce systems. The conception, design and facilitation of client workshops. Common methods and processes of agile software development (SCRUM, Kanban, Design Thinking etc.). Of course these things are important to us.
