The Payrails product team focuses on the intersection of user experience, technology and business, aiming to build best-in-class, marketable products and continuously validate product-market fit. Responsibilities Develop the product strategy for third-party integrations and take responsibility for the end-to-end definition, scope and development of the integration platform. Own the roadmap, prioritization and technical vision; work closely with Engineering, Data, Business teams and external partners. Define and track success criteria and metrics, and lead cross-functional initiatives across the entire product lifecycle. Scope initiatives ranging from small improvements to large integrations and translate business goals into technical scope. Manage the integrations catalog as a basis for customer-facing products and maintain a deep market understanding of the payments landscape and third-party providers. Requirements 5–7 years of experience in product roles within complex B2B technical environments. At least 3 years of experience in the Payments space (across the value chain); experience with Offline Payments/SoftPos is an advantage. Experience with API-first solutions and agile processes; hands-on and technical understanding to implement solutions. Experience with tools such as Jira, Postman, GitHub, Figma and Product Board, and managing technical projects across the full lifecycle.
