Responsibilities Creating high-quality visual assets for digital and print channels in line with brand guidelines. Partnering with Marketing & Communications to develop compelling graphics, multimedia assets, and reusable design systems (templates, UI guides). Maintaining and evolving the brand style guide while ensuring accessibility and platform best practices. Managing print production: researching suppliers, handling budgets, timelines, and quality control through to delivery. Planning and coordinating conference and event materials and supporting live and virtual events. Contributing to content planning and creative strategy, maintaining content calendars, and aligning campaign visuals. Using data and performance insights to adapt visuals and storytelling; translating complex content into accessible, visually appealing formats. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align priorities, respond quickly to urgent needs, and build consistent UX paths across platforms. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in visual design with a portfolio showcasing work. Expertise in Google Workspace, Canva, and Adobe Creative Cloud; familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp). Bachelor’s degree in visual arts, marketing, advertising, art direction, or a related field. Experience with print production, vendor management, and tools for email marketing, social scheduling, and basic web publishing. Experience with video editing, photography, and ideally Cvent for event planning; background in nonprofit, education, or public policy is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail for proofreading, and reliability for collaboration.
