Marketing & Growth Intern (m/f/d)

Your tasks As a Marketing & Growth Intern at Mercanis, you will work directly with our marketing and management team. This gives you a 360° insight into the day-to-day of a fast-growing SaaS company. You will actively drive our growth strategy, from executing data-driven campaigns and developing content to optimizing our growth channels. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn from experienced founders, take on early responsibility, and make a real contribution to our company development. Your responsibilities Growth Driver: Work closely with our marketing and management team to drive growth initiatives and actively help shape our marketing strategy. Campaign Owner: Take ownership of your own campaigns, from conception through execution to continuous optimization. Operational Maestro: Optimize marketing processes, define relevant KPIs, and contribute to a scalable growth infrastructure. Content Creator: Develop audience-appropriate content for our channels, from social media and email to SEO. Data Analyst: Analyze the performance of our marketing activities, derive data-driven recommendations for action, and present your findings to the founders. Market Maven: Conduct targeted research on markets, target groups, and competitors to further develop our marketing strategy on a solid basis. Your profile You are pursuing or have already completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media Studies, Business Psychology, or a comparable field. You bring initial professional experience in demanding, fast-paced environments. You have first experiences with marketing channels (SEO, Social Media, Paid Ads) and tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Figma or Canva. You are proactive and have a self-starter mentality with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. You possess strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and a pragmatic, hands-on working style. You approach complex business situations with enthusiasm and keep a cool head even under pressure. You speak fluent English and German — this is a must. Why us?
