Responsibilities: Lead the visual storytelling strategy and creative execution for key marketing campaigns (digital & print). Develop creative concepts, design systems and templates for the scalable production of consistent brand communications. Create visual assets for websites, landing pages, email, social media, events, sales enablement and marketing materials. Lead, mentor and manage resources for a team of Brand Designers; conduct reviews, one-on-ones and performance evaluations. Present creative concepts to leadership and incorporate feedback while maintaining the creative vision. Analyze performance data, run A/B tests and iteratively optimize creative work. Foster a collaborative, innovation-driven team culture and work closely with Copy, Product Marketing and Engineering. Requirements: Minimum 8 years of experience in Art Direction, Graphic or Visual Design; at least 3 years of leadership experience. Portfolio with examples of Art Direction, visual storytelling and execution across media. Hands-on experience in campaign and brand building and in creating scalable design systems. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and common design tools; experience integrating AI tools into the creative process. Strong understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, visual hierarchy) as well as strong presentation and communication skills. Experience designing for Enterprise B2B/B2C, ideally in SaaS or marketing technology. Basic knowledge of web/responsive design and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
