Junior Sales Consultant (m/f/d)

For this we are looking for people who want to take responsibility, work in a structured way and have the ambition to show real performance in sales. We are looking for support immediately for 40 hours per week near the Ravensburg location. Working together in our attractive offices is important to us. Therefore we are on site two days a week – preferably more often. After onboarding, remote work is possible for up to three days per week. What you will do - Create and price individual service and license offers from the PKS portfolio - Maintain and structure our pipeline in Dynamics 365 – cleanly, transparently and reliably - Qualify leads from webinars, events, white papers and initial contacts - Conduct initial phone calls and coordinate handovers to Hunter/Farmer - Work closely with marketing and engineering to continuously improve sales processes - Gradually take on your own sales responsibilities (e.g., for defined solutions/existing customers in the DACH region) What you bring - Completed commercial training, a sales-related degree or comparable qualification - Experience in preparing offers and in lead-nurturing processes - Experience with Dynamics 365 or comparable CRM systems - Basic understanding of the software/license business or IT services - Very good German and good English, both spoken and written - Structured working style, numerical understanding and high reliability in CRM work - Enjoyment of proactive customer outreach and clear communication - Willingness to learn, performance orientation and a desire to develop in B2B software sales - Confident use of MS Office (esp.
