The company was founded in 2020 and operates its own low-latency streaming technology as well as GPU fleet orchestration. Customers include brands such as BMW, H&M and Siemens. Currently Journee is building "Ojin", a real-time generative AI platform for developers that provides APIs and inference infrastructure to enable scaling of interactive applications and AI agents. A small, ambitious team is being assembled for this project. Responsibilities End-to-end ownership: Design and deliver features from idea to production (UI/UX, product logic, implementation). Full-stack web development: Architect and develop core web infrastructure with TypeScript, React and Node.js. AI & agent systems: Develop and maintain Python backends for AI capabilities, proxy services and conversational agents. System architecture: Design scalable backends and make architecture decisions balancing speed and reliability. Leadership in cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with founders, designers and developers; contribute to the product roadmap and technical strategy. Requirements 8+ years: Professional experience in software development. Startup experience: Experience in early, fast-paced company stages is required. True Full-Stack: Expert-level frontend skills (React, TypeScript) and strong backend competence (Node.js, TypeScript). Python & AI: Proficient in Python and experienced or motivated to build backends for AI agents and conversational interfaces. Product mindset & architecture: Focus on UI/UX, product-oriented decision-making and rigorous system design. Communication: Professional English skills, spoken and written. Nice-to-haves Experience with WebRTC/WebSockets, performance optimization for low-latency systems, IaC (AWS CDK) and building developer tools or API platforms.
