Your tasks with us: Coordination of the recruitment and admission of new participants as well as providing information about the JOBLINGE program in workshops and individual conversations. Support and counseling of young adults – from program entry through the application process and throughout the entire JOBLINGE program period (in group and individual settings). Support with career orientation, choice of occupational field, applications and entry into vocational training. Design, organization and implementation of workshops, trainings, group reflections and experience exchanges. Development, implementation and documentation of individual development and support plans. Conducting intervention talks, prevention of training dropouts and networking with regional support and counseling agencies. Advising and supporting vocational schools and training companies with challenges. Care for socio-pedagogical issues that stand in the way of a successful training path. Recruitment, training and guidance of volunteer mentors as well as coordination of the tandems. Close collaboration with contact persons in public authorities, including communicating group start dates and fulfilling contractual reporting obligations. Further development of existing concepts as well as development of new workshop, training and project ideas. Who are we looking for? Personality and team fit are particularly important to us, and we look forward to getting to know you better in the application process. We would be happy if you already bring some of the following hard facts: You have a successfully completed degree with a pedagogical focus or a comparable vocational qualification. You have at least two years of professional experience in this field. Ideally, you have good knowledge of the German vocational training and labor market and prior experience working with young people with and without a refugee background. You are willing to try new things, can work independently as well as solution- and result-oriented, and work constructively in a team. You enjoy working with diverse target groups, have strong communication skills and a confident manner when dealing with decision-makers. You have experience supervising and working with (disadvantaged) young adults, particularly using activation and motivation methods, and you bring passion for this work. You are resilient, have coordination and organizational skills and are experienced in conflict and crisis management. You are willing to supervise events in the evening hours when necessary.
