Intern (m/f/d) – Business Intelligence / Data Warehouse

Your path to Scalefree Do you want to gain professional experience during or immediately after your studies? At Scalefree you are an intern in the thick of things instead of just watching. Are you interested in system integration in the cloud space and the further development of information systems? Then support us on interesting internal and external projects and learn from experienced experts. The internship is planned for a duration of three months — mandatory internships for the required duration are possible — and can be completed either on-site in Hanover or Cologne. Please indicate in your application whether you wish to complete a mandatory internship or a voluntary internship with us. In addition, we also offer career-changer internships for those fascinated by data. Your tasks - Support our team in the development and implementation of internal BI projects (data extraction, data staging, reporting) - Assist with connecting and analyzing data sources to our Data Warehouse (Data Vault 2) - Take on practical tasks within our internal EDW team - Practical implementation of Data Vault 2 with a focus on staging, modeling and information delivery What you bring - Advanced studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable degree program - Database knowledge and/or prior SQL experience is an advantage - Reliability and an independent way of working - Ability to work in a team is required - Good English and German skills are desirable What you can expect from us - Development opportunities in a medium-sized company with the potential option for later employment - Individual and continuous training opportunities - A team spirit characterized by collegial cooperation - Responsibility for your own projects (after structured onboarding, supported by our BI team)
