Responsibilities Develop the strategy and roadmap for the Marketer Experience (campaign creation, testing, measurement, iteration) and work closely with Marketing Capability PMs. Translate campaign goals into productized workflows, templates, and experimentation frameworks in collaboration with Marketing, Design, Engineering, and Data Science. Build automation and AI-driven features to reduce operational effort for marketers, ensuring consistency, repeatability, and improved time-to-market. Define growth KPIs and ensure instrumentation; collaborate with Analytics to deliver metrics like lift, conversion, CAC, LTV, and retention. Enable a fast experimentation program (A/B, multivariate, holdouts) so that marketers can validate ideas, make data-driven decisions, and scale winning campaigns. Qualifications At least 8 years of experience in product management, building, and delivering software products. At least 3 years of experience with growth or marketing technology products in e-commerce, marketplaces, or advertising/marketing platforms. Hands-on experience in end-to-end execution of A/B and multivariate experiments and their statistically robust evaluation. Proven experience in building internal or marketer-targeted tools from 0→1 and iteratively improving them based on usage data and feedback. Experience leading cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data Science) on complex, multi-surface initiatives. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics) or equivalent practical experience. Preferred: Experience with retail/brand marketing teams, journey mapping across app/web/email/push, integration with CDPs/ESPs, and building AI-driven workflows.
