Impact driven AI Consultant (m/w/d)

Shape sustainable AI transformation in organizations that really need it. Do you want to support NGOs, NPOs and social organizations in meaningfully introducing AI tools and increasing the impact of their mission? At BRANDUNG you accompany social-sector organizations on their path to AI readiness – practical, sustainable and tailored to their real needs. Your area of work You advise NGOs and social organizations on practical AI potential: Which tools suit us? How do we use AI to better accomplish our mission? You analyze the current situation (processes, data, infrastructure), identify suitable use cases and implement them in a targeted way – with tailored concepts for sustainable tool implementation. You design AI solutions that fit into the existing system landscape – whether standard tools, open-source solutions or custom approaches. You support practical implementation: you train teams, drive change management and ensure that AI truly becomes part of everyday work. After implementation: you remain a point of contact for optimizations, troubleshooting and continuous improvements. You advise on building necessary infrastructure, data governance and the organization's AI readiness. You actively contribute to knowledge transfer – so that our clients become independent in the long term. Your skills Professional experience with a focus on conceiving, introducing and developing AI solutions, preferably in consulting with a focus on user-centered and innovative solutions (product-thinking mindset). You are able to present (Gen) AI use cases clearly and understandably to different hierarchy levels, with appropriate presentation skills. You are motivated to proactively accompany clients in the social sector on their AI journey. You are curious about trends, technologies and digital business models and have excellent communication skills. Very good German language skills, written and spoken.
