The Opportunity The Go-To-Market Manager, Ecosystem Go-to-Market (eGTM) for the Auto and Home Ecosystems, is a central orchestrator responsible for driving adoption, integration, and performance of interconnected products and services. As an evangelist for the ecosystem vision and strategy, this role influences business alignment, collaborates with marketing for execution, and partners closely with advice, member value, product, experience owners, and other teams to implement cohesive eGTM initiatives. The role focuses on the management, execution, and delivery of large-scale programs consisting of multiple projects (multi-year, large cost, scope, etc.) and/or the oversight and governance of programs to ensure alignment with the Lines of Business strategic imperatives and to monitor program health. Efforts aim to achieve multi-year program deadlines, scope, and overall program benefits. The role supports cross-functional teams in developing and executing change plans in accordance with USAA’s change methodology or industry best practices. This role is remote eligible in the continental U.S. with occasional business travel. However, individuals residing within a 60-mile radius of a USAA office will be expected to work on-site four days per week. What you'll do: - Define and maintain program strategies commensurate with the level of risk, size, and complexity to ensure individual efforts align with organizational goals. - Provide input and recommendations on multi-year business plans to deliver business capabilities and define execution approaches to achieve business goals while reducing risk and delivering early business value. - Facilitate meetings with executive management and project/program sponsors to determine solutions and delivery. - Prepare reports that provide stakeholders and management with status updates, including identifying risks or issues. - Perform analysis, root cause identification, and development of key work products. - Negotiate agreements, resolve disputes equitably, and diffuse situations. - Negotiate program trade-offs with IT and business units as the program develops to ensure alignment of demand and capacity. - Adhere to Enterprise Project Management Office processes, procedures, controls, standards, tools, and templates as required. - Maintain governance rigor required for work efforts. - Drive the adoption and sustainment of changes within the organization in compliance with USAA’s Change Management methodology. - Ensure risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures. What you have: - Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree (a total of 10 years of relevant experience without a bachelor’s degree). - Minimum 6 years of project and/or program management experience, including experience defining a new program and/or managing large-scale projects. - Proficient experience in Principles of Project, Program or Portfolio Management to develop multi-year business plans. - Proficient knowledge of program efforts management tools and methodologies. - Understanding and demonstrated application of risk management policies and procedures. - Knowledge of program management methodology and techniques; program performance evaluation and change management principles. - Experience maintaining and reporting on work effort budgets/methodologies. - Proficient experience in USAA’s change management methodology or a similar industry change management methodology. - Demonstrated experience using knowledge of the business, its products, and processes to assess program risks and rewards across multiple technologies and business goals. What sets you apart: - US military experience through military service or as a military spouse/domestic partner. - Experience leading a go-to-market strategy for auto and home ecosystems to increase member value. - Experience driving internal understanding, adoption, and alignment of ecosystem advice and “on/off ramps,” securing buy-in across the association and motivating teams to deliver on shared goals. - Experience in auto or home buying, selling, or maintenance journeys and/or related marketing strategies to inform decisions and ensure member-centric design. - Influences the development of future advice and marketing roadmaps, ensuring integration with ecosystem strategy and optimal delivery of eGTM objectives. Compensation range: The salary range for this position is $103,450.00 - $197,730.00. USAA does not provide visa sponsorship for this role. Compensation: USAA maintains a competitive market-based salary structure.
