Responsibilities - Conduct technical discovery with customers: understand environments, constraints, and real operational conditions. - Design end-to-end AI/ML architectures that balance speed, reliability, and cost. - Act as on-site technical leadership, adapting communication between engineers and C-level. - Guide engineers during implementation while deriving reusable platform patterns. - Set architecture guidelines so teams can operate quickly and safely in practice. Requirements - At least 8 years of experience designing and delivering complex software systems with a strong AI/ML focus. - Proven experience as a technical lead or architect in mission-critical enterprise environments. - Mastery of the full AI development lifecycle: from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring. - Experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., consulting) and the ability to link technical decisions to business outcomes. - Strong systems thinker with high commitment and the ability to drive things to completion.
