Then you are almost with us 💛 What you will do: - Develop strategies, gather semantics and launch campaigns in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads and other platforms; - Analyze and optimize ad campaigns to increase ROI; - Prepare technical briefs for copywriters and designers; - Monitor campaigns and their metrics daily/weekly, and analyze competitors; - Create reports on the performance of marketing campaigns, including using Google Analytics 4. What you need for this: - 3+ years of experience setting up advertising in Google Ads (Search, GDN, Performance Max); - Basic skills with analytics and tracking services: Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Keyword Planner, Google Tag Manager; - Knowledge of key marketing metrics: CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, CPL, etc.; - English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher (spoken and written); - Confident use of Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint and Keynote.
