About the position: We are looking for a Full-Stack Web Developer to join our community, contribute to the development of the company's corporate website, and collaborate closely with the marketing team and our Chief Marketing Officer, who drives ambitious results for our marketing department. There's more 💛 With us, you will: - Develop and maintain a headless WordPress architecture; - Optimize website performance (especially for mobile); - Implement lazy loading and partial rendering; - Improve Core Web Vitals and Lighthouse scores; - Handle technical SEO implementation; - Support external integrations (forms, webhooks, API); - Ensure website security and stability; - Maintain CI/CD processes; - Participate in redesign and UX improvements from a technical perspective; - After 1–2 years, initiate architectural improvements if appropriate. You are our ideal candidate if you have: - At least 3 years of experience with WordPress (custom post types, hooks, REST API); - Proficiency in PHP 8+; - English proficiency at Intermediate+ (B1+); - Experience with headless CMS approaches; - Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+); - Experience with Tailwind CSS and Webpack; - Practical experience in performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, LCP, CLS, INP); - Understanding of technical SEO (structured data, sitemap, canonical, crawlability); - Experience with REST API integrations (HubSpot or similar); - Understanding of web security best practices (basic OWASP principles); - Experience with Git and CI/CD; - Experience with A/B testing to evaluate changes and optimize products; - Ability to work in Agile/Scrum processes and effectively manage tasks in tracking systems; - Ability to collaborate effectively between technical and marketing teams, translating business goals into technical solutions; - Results orientation and the ability to complete projects within set deadlines. An advantage would be: - Experience with CDN; - Experience with server-side tracking; - Understanding of modern frontend approaches (SSR, SSG, Edge rendering); - Experience with Nginx; - Basic understanding of Docker.
