Responsibilities Create and lead compelling sales assets (presentations, one-pagers, pitch decks) to address customer needs. Plan and execute go-to-market strategies and assets to generate demand and accelerate deal closures in collaboration with Sales and Marketing. Act as a speaker at events and in media and support events by developing presentations, content and messaging. Collaborate with partners to create marketing campaigns and sales materials. Work closely with Product and Sales to develop messaging and campaigns. Brand ambassador: increase brand awareness and consistency across all touchpoints. Take end-to-end responsibility for marketing initiatives from idea to launch. Conduct market and competitor analysis and derive strategic recommendations. Apply AI tools to create added value and optimize content. Represent the customer perspective through in-depth research and customer-journey mapping. Requirements 5–10+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in B2B enterprise software, FinTech, InsurTech or the insurance sector. Insurance domain expertise is an advantage. Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, impactful messages. Excellent storytelling skills, both written and verbal; ability to persuade technical and business stakeholders. Strong understanding of GTM strategies, market segmentation and customer needs. Experience in brand management is a plus. Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills; willingness to take ownership. Self-starter mentality and comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
