Requirements: - B2B and SaaS experience, ideally in technical, platform, or API-driven environments, with experience driving lead generation. - Strong tracking and analytics experience, including GA4, GTM, attribution, conversion tracking, and funnel performance optimization. - Hands-on experience managing paid acquisition campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Mindset & Culture - Experienced Senior: - Real domain expert with state-of-the-art knowledge and real experience in almost all aspects of your professional area. - Open-minded: willing to listen and learn but also give back knowledge to the organization. - Responsible for entire products, projects, or initiatives. - Capable of creating a strategy or parts of it. - Scalable mindset: knowledge about how to design and build scalable solutions or processes. - Awareness of the difference between real knowledge/understanding and the Dunning-Kruger effect. - Understanding the difference between knowledge/skills and real experience. Budget: The budget range for this role is €5,000.00/Month – €7,000.00/Month, depending on the candidate’s level of experience and fit with the position requirements.
