Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO
Role Overview We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to the CEO to operate in a hybrid capacity as a Virtual Chief of Staff. This role is designed for a seasoned professional who can provide both strategic support and operational execution, acting as a trusted extension of the CEO across multiple business functions. Key Responsibilities Strategic and Business Support ● Partner with Sales and Finance teams to compile and deliver weekly performance reports ● Coordinate and process Salesforce renewals on a recurring basis ● Participate in leadership, finance, and forecasting meetings to capture key insights, decisions, and action items ● Develop a strong understanding of the business context, including financial performance and projections ● Track strategic priorities across departments and ensure timely execution Executive Operations and Administration ● Manage and optimize the CEO's calendar, scheduling, and time allocation ● Maintain task tracking systems and ensure accountability for deliverables ● Support operational workflows through data entry, documentation, and coordination ● Establish and refine administrative processes to improve efficiency and reliability ● Exercise independent judgment to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands Client and External Communication ● Represent the CEO in professional communications with clients and external stakeholders ● Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and correspondence ● Draft communications on behalf of the CEO with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism ● Support relationship management through timely and appropriate engagement The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional who operates with a high degree of independence and sound judgment. This individual must be comfortable managing competing priorities, working with incomplete information, and navigating a fast-paced executive environment.
