Educator (m/f/d) in ASB Child and Youth Services

Tasks - Promote the children's health development - Manage and organize the daily routine of the respective group as well as document and reflect on daily events - Plan, carry out, document and evaluate projects and festive activities or participate in them - Plan, carry out, document and evaluate educational offerings taking into account the individual developmental levels, needs, interests and wishes of the children - Promote basic competencies through individual offerings, encourage and support all children, involve them and provide assistance for independent action - Individually design the settling-in and re-settling process involving children and parents - Acquire up-to-date professional knowledge, e.g., through professional journals and media / convey and exchange professional information within the team - Prepare pedagogical specialist topics for team meetings and parent evenings - Regular cleaning, care and maintenance of play materials, cupboards and play areas as well as of the outdoor play area - Take over everyday housekeeping tasks as needed (illness, vacation or similar of the HWK) - Responsibility for leaving the rooms in an orderly manner and for securing the group area in accordance with the agreed arrangements - Prepare, carry out and document development/case discussions and observations Profile - Have a completed, solid pedagogical education - Respond to children and their individual needs with empathy and patience - Bring personal commitment and enthusiasm for your profession - Treat other people without prejudice and with respect - Be open to new things and actively contribute to the further development of our house concept - Enjoy working in a small team and appreciate a manageable environment - Be interested in open, warm and confident communication and in cooperative collaboration with parents, the team and the provider — in short, true team players!
