Product Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks As a Product Manager at Mercanis you shape the further development of our platform and translate complex challenges into clear, impactful product solutions. You work closely with CSM, Design and Engineering and gain deep insight into the day-to-day operations of a fast-growing SaaS company. In doing so, you are responsible for strategic initiatives, prioritize requirements and drive user-centered product development. Your work has a direct impact on our roadmap, the user experience and the growth of Mercanis — ideal if you enjoy taking responsibility and solving real problems for our users. Your area of responsibility Work closely with cross-functional teams such as CSM, Design and Engineering and act as the central interface between business and tech. Conduct user research, identify the real pain points of our users and translate insights into concrete product improvements. Collect feedback, analyze product usage and performance, and derive trends as well as optimization potentials. Continuously monitor market and competitive developments and develop benchmarks and best-practice analyses. Translate business requirements and strategy into clear user stories and support the prioritization and further development of our roadmap. Take responsibility for product success and play a major role in positioning Mercanis as a market leader in the long term and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your profile You have 2–3 years of experience in Product Management or in related fields such as Solution Engineering, Consulting or Business Analytics — ideally in the SaaS environment. You have already worked in agile, fast-paced environments and feel comfortable in interdisciplinary teams. You bring practical experience with digital products and software development. You are enthusiastic about understanding complex user problems and translating them into clear, actionable steps. You work proactively, like to take responsibility and convince with strong organizational and communication skills. You have strong analytical skills, a good eye for detail and a hands-on mentality. You feel comfortable in ambiguous situations and keep a cool head even in challenging moments. You enjoy working independently and are not afraid of responsibility. You speak fluent German and English. You have a work permit for Germany. Why us?
