Electrotechnical Field Service Assistant (w/d/m) Offenburg

Your responsibilities You will take care of the repair, maintenance and servicing of our bike rental stations in the Offenburg area (for e-Bikes and non-electric bicycles) On site you perform functional checks using an app in our backend system You are responsible for the preparation and execution of the assembly and disassembly of new stations (from inspecting and picking the station materials and tools to the acceptance inspection with clients) You support our team in the workshop with loading and unloading spare parts, station materials or new bike deliveries Your profile Ideally you have completed technical training or have a very good basic technical understanding You have a Class B driver's license and feel confident driving larger vans You will need physical fitness and resilience You are proficient with Microsoft Office (and preferably also Google Suite) and are comfortable using smartphones and apps You are a good communicator and maintain a respectful manner with municipal partners and/or authorities Benefits A job that sustainably improves your quality of life and that of others SpenditCard with a monthly credit top-up (€40 tax-free) Occupational health management A strong team culture with flat hierarchies An international network of colleagues Free use of the nextbike-Mietfahrräder
