Create and iterate on wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, as well as conduct user testing. About the Company: Dropbox is a global software company focused on productivity and collaboration. Within the New Initiatives organization, the team develops an AI-native operating system for work called CompanyOS, which Dropbox uses internally to plan, execute, and measure key initiatives. The role is for a remote-first team with a focus on Canada (specific locations). Responsibilities: As the design lead for CompanyOS, collaborate with cross-functional teams, the Office of the CEO, Product, and Engineering to define and drive the user experience and interface. Develop and iterate wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and user flows. Conduct user research and usability tests to gain insights for design decisions. Translate complex technical concepts into intuitive, accessible, and engaging user experiences. Elevate design quality by leveraging Dropbox design systems and working closely with Engineering to deliver high-quality experiences. Continuously incorporate feedback from stakeholders, team members, and users to improve CompanyOS. Monitor the competitive landscape, industry trends, and new technologies (particularly AI/ML) and use these insights to inform design work. Requirements: At least 10 years of professional experience in product design. Exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail in visual design, interaction design, and prototyping. Proficiency in prototyping tools to simulate complex functionality and web flows. Strong user focus with extensive experience using UX research to gain core insights and design iteratively. Experience across the full product lifecycle (Discovery to Launch and Iteration), especially with 0→1 projects. Proactive ownership mindset and excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to executives and aligning with cross-functional partners. Preferred: Experience in 0→1 product initiatives, designing complex multi-step workflows, and interest in AI/ML. Benefits: Salary range (Canada): approximately 178,500–241,500 CAD (see compensation).
