Tasks Development, maintenance and extension of websites using WordPress, TYPO3 and other CMS (frontend & backend). Server and domain management: implementation and administration of server configurations, DNS, SSL and DevOps tasks to ensure performance and security. Monitoring website traffic and performance as well as continuous optimization of load times, scalability and user experience. Requirements Must-haves: Proven experience as a web developer with a strong portfolio primarily of WordPress-built websites. Deep understanding of WordPress core, theme and plugin development or customization. Very good knowledge of PHP, MySQL as well as HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Experience with RESTful APIs (e.g. WP REST API) and developing modular, reusable backend components. Security awareness in backend development (input validation, authentication, access control). Solid knowledge in server management (Apache/Nginx), DNS, SSL, domain configuration and DevOps practices. Experience with version control systems such as Git.
