There you will actively solve problems and drive product development forward with determination in a variety of Design Sprints in a very short time. YOUR TASKS You regularly participate in Design Sprints. You develop new ideas in the Design Sprints within very short timeframes. You develop new, diverse solution approaches and implement them in the Design Sprints. YOUR MINDSET You have an entrepreneurial mindset. You like to take responsibility. You enjoy furthering your education. YOUR PROFILE You have a completed degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a comparable qualification. You are familiar with agile methods (e.g., Scrum/Kanban) and find it easy to apply them. You are familiar with quality assurance. You have a high degree of precision. You bring an extensive understanding of processes and numbers. Your strengths lie in analysis. Lean Startup, Scrum and Design Thinking are terms you are familiar with. Maintaining your focus is your top priority. You are characterized by solution-oriented thinking and a structured way of working. You have a high willingness to make decisions. You demonstrate a high level of resilience. You bring practical or professional experience. You have a confident and likeable demeanor. You present a well-groomed appearance.
