To further develop its platform, the company is looking for a creative and innovative Senior FinCrime Product Owner to define the product strategy for financial crime and fraud prevention solutions, take responsibility for the roadmap, and build a team to deliver and operate the platform. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a robust FinCrime / fraud product platform - Define the product strategy and take ownership of the roadmap and release planning - Build and lead a team to implement FinCrime solutions - Protect users and eliminate malicious actors in the ecosystem - Collaborate with data and compliance tools to inform product strategy decisions Requirements: - Experience in building products that prevent and detect financial crime and fraud - Experience in fast-growing startups or FinTechs - At least 2 years of experience with technical products (platforms, distributed systems, data science, ML, etc.) - Track record of developing products from scratch to first release and beyond Desirable: - Professional certification from internationally recognized bodies (e.g., ICA, ACAMS) - Deep knowledge of UK and EU regulatory environments and financial crime regimes - Experience with crypto compliance tools (e.g., Chainalysis, Elliptic) - Strong data analysis skills to derive insights from large datasets Benefits: - Competitive salary plus stock options - Private dental and health insurance - Top-notch equipment and technologies for the role - 30 days of paid vacation (excluding public holidays) - Option to work 100% remotely or in the office - Opportunity to work abroad for up to 4 months per year
